Yes, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

You can check in from 4 pm, and on the day of departure we ask you to check out before 10 am. This gives us time to get the apartment ready for the next guests. If that does not suit you, please do ask — sometimes something can be arranged, but it is only certain once we have confirmed it.

The final cleaning is charged once per stay and comes on top of the rental price. You will find the exact amount in the price breakdown on the booking page.

The apartment has three bedrooms sleeping six in total and is suitable for up to six people.

Yes, the apartment itself is entirely on one level. There are a few steps between the terrace and the garden.

Yes, the apartment comes with its own parking space within the grounds of the residence.

About a minute’s walk. From the terrace you walk into the garden and go through the gate of the residence straight onto the beach.

The beach in front of the residence is fine sand with strips of pebbles. Water shoes are handy for children. Villajoyosa also has a Blue Flag beach more than three kilometres long.

Certainly. The tram stop is a four-minute walk away. Line 1 takes you to Benidorm in about twenty minutes and to Alicante in just under an hour, with views of the coast along the way.

Yes. There is a separate children’s pool, a playground next to the swimming pool, and there are sports courts. The grounds are enclosed and guarded.

Pets are allowed by arrangement. Please ask before you book, so that we can confirm it straight away.
