Paraiso Beach consists of three striking, relatively narrow residential buildings on the waterfront. As the buildings are only one apartment deep, the homes are wide and the whole place feels light and open.

On the sea side, among palm trees, lie the green garden and the swimming pools. The grounds are gated, so it is quiet and children can move around freely.

The large covered terrace is the heart of the apartment. Coffee in the morning sun, a book in the shade of the pergola, and long evening meals outdoors with family or friends.

From the apartment you walk straight into the well-kept garden. Around the large pool there is plenty of room to relax, and there is a separate children’s pool for the little ones.

Palm trees, lawns and the sea view give the garden a relaxed holiday feel. Beyond the garden is the gate to the beach: you are on the sand in a minute, without crossing a road.

Children play safely in the playground next to the pool. If you would rather be active, head to the padel court, the tennis court or the football and basketball court — all within the gated grounds.
